If you’re feeling overwhelmed, walk through your past two weeks of dinners and highlight what actually worked. This isn’t about ideal meals—it’s about repeatable relief.
Pro Tip: Your “go-to” meals don’t have to rotate weekly. You can use the same ones for months and just tweak details.
Step 2: Pick Your “Plug-and-Play” Dinner Slots
Once you have your 3–5 go-to categories, it’s time to give each one a “home” in your weekly rhythm.
